What payment options do you offer?

We use Quickpay, which means you can pay with the most commonly used cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express.


Do I have to pay customs on my order?

No you don’t, we pay it. The prices you see on the webshop include customs and taxes.



What is the delivery time?

Orders to the United Kingdom are sent 2-3 times a week, depending on how many orders we receive.
However, we cannot guarantee that the order will not be caught in customs. If there is a package that gets caught, they take the whole shipment - which can create a longer delivery time.
If everything goes as it should, we have an expected delivery time of 4-8 workingdays. If you have any questions about a specific order, please contact customer service.


When will my order be shipped?

We endeavor to ship from the warehouse the same day the order is placed. Everything is packed and shipped from our warehouse in Herning, Denmark.

However, we are not always able to meet this target during busy sale periods, in the run up to Christmas or at similar busy times. You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order has been shipped.


Can I change the details on my order?

Unfortunately, we are not able to correct the details on your order. As soon as an order is placed, it is sent straight to the warehouse so that it can be packed as soon as possible.


Can I add/remove products to/from my order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to add or remove products to and from your order, as your order is sent to the warehouse as soon as it has been placed, so it can be shipped as soon as possible.  You must therefore place another order for any additional items you want and return any items you don’t want.


Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel your order. As soon as an order is placed, it is sent straight to the warehouse so that it can be packed as soon as possible.  However, you can send your order back within 14 days of receiving the package.


Can I track my order?

We will send you an email as soon as the order is shipped. This will contain your tracking number. If you cannot find your tracking number, please contact our customer service department.


How much is delivery?

You'll receive free shipping and handling on all orders over 70 GBP.

For orders under 29 GBP, shipping and handling costs 15 GBP.

For orders between 30 GBP and 70 GBP, shipping and handling costs 10 GBP.


Where do you deliver?

When you shop at becksondergaard.net, you can only select United Kingdom when providing your address. If you want to have your order delivered to another country, you must visit our other webshops. We have compiled a list of countries we deliver to. If you cannot find the country you want, it means that we do not deliver there.

What is your return policy?

Once you have received your order, you have 14 days to notify us if you want to return it in full or in part. You can notify our customer service department at: customerservice@becksondergaard.com

You then have 14 days to send it back to us. 


How do I return an item?

We are currently unable to offer a return label for UK orders. You must return the order to us and pay for the return shipping yourself. In the case of a complaint, you will not be responsible for the cost of returning the item.

NB: Please note that the package must be sent directly to the address above as we do not have the option to pick it up at a parcel shop. Also remember to check that the shipping company you use delivers to business addresses, as not all of them do.


What does it cost to return an item?

You must pay for the cost of returning your order to us. If you paid to have your order shipped to you and you return the entire order, this will also be refunded.


How does the repayment take place? 

Once we receive the item, we will check it and refund you with the amount paid to us by you at the time of purchase. The amount will always be transferred using the same means of payment as you used to pay for the item. Please note that we only refund to the credit card used to pay for the order. 


My item is defective or broken, what should I do?

If you ordered from becksondergaard.net:

We offer a 2-year warranty on purchases from becksondergaard.net. If an item is defective, please contact our customer service department at customerservice@becksondergaard.com with your order number, details of the defect and pictures if possible. The more information you provide, the easier and faster we can help you. If we assess that the item needs to be returned, we will refund the cost of returning it.

Unfortunately, we cannot process complaints about products purchased from our retailers, as this must be done at the place of purchase. You must therefore contact the retailer where you purchased the product, and they will then deal with your complaint. Unfortunately, we have no influence over how our retailers handle their complaints.
