*We are not responsible for any shipping company delays resulting from the holiday rush. Longer delivery times may therefore occur. Likewise, situations may arise where they are forced to deliver to a different parcel shop than the one you chose at checkout, as storage problems may arise. We therefore encourage you to order your Christmas gifts well in advance.

GIFT WRAPPING

We believe in love at first sight, so we also feel that a carefully selected gift deserves a beautiful, eye-catching presentation.

To ensure your gift looks its best, we will select the gift bag that best fits the order's size. Therefore, it is not possible to choose specific prints or bag sizes when ordering.

Our gift wrapping costs GBP 4.00 regardless of size.

RETURNS

We have extended our return deadline to make it possible to return Christmas gifts right up until 24/01/2025. We refund payments using the same payment method that was used for the initial transaction.

*Please note that we only refund to the credit card used to pay for the goods.
